Most of my site is fun entertainment, but I thought it may be nice to post my real accomplishments in life...let people know that I am more than a sexkitten and share a little bit about my professional self (yes that exists). I spend so much time being the professional me, that this site is an escape from that (most people I work with would probably be astonished by my personal antics). Well here is my professional bio (actually written by someone else):
Timothy Cahill has over 11 years of diverse
real estate experience with a strong background in project
finance, land development, residential construction, project acquisition
& strategic planning, tax deferred real estate exchanges, commercial
development, and management of commercial, multi-family, and public
housing properties. Mr. Cahill’s diverse experience in real
estate has allowed him to excel in the fields of accounting and finance
as well as development, project feasibility, corporate structuring and
construction.
For over 9 years Mr. Cahill worked
in the accounting field and eventually as corporate controller for Single
Site Solutions Corp. He held active rolls in various aspects of
the company’s business, including accounting, finance, and project
management. Prior to Single Site Solutions, Mr. Cahill was employed
with a Chicago-based residential homebuilder, reporting directly to
ownership. He participated in project management and planning
in both the land development and high volume home construction businesses.
While working for the company as a senior accountant he took the initiative
to get more involved in the other aspects of the development field such
as bidding, budgeting, and cost control. Mr. Cahill began his
career with a large-scale commercial property management firm that managed
over a billion dollars in assets. He worked along side the company’s
director of finance and closely with ownership. He also consulted
with the Chicago Housing Authority in relation to their senior housing
portfolio. Aside from Mr. Cahill’s vast experience in real estate,
he also has exposure to non-for profit accounting, and accounting in
the entertainment field.
Mr. Cahill is a graduate of Trinity
Christian College in Palos Heights, IL with a Bachelors of Science in
Business and Accountancy.
